I guess my husband is right about one thing, he says I get a thrill rushing for a deadline. This pixie was just finished this afternoon. He is for the Polymer Clay Smooshers latest challenge which is due tomorrow. If you follow me on plurk you would have seen his daily work-in-progress photos.

While I do thrive on a deadline I also find it necessary to plan in advance. This is not really a contradiction because I like to plan things in my head before actually beginning a project. That is why I began preparations for this years Polymer Clay Smooshers' Masquerade Clay Ball already even though it is not until October.

Yesterday I contacted NKDesigns of Etsy's Polymer Clay Artist Guild and invited their guild to co-host the Masquerade Clay Ball with us. They are considering it and I really hope that they do join in the fun.
